And good luck with your problems. Chronic congestion is no fun--I live with it, too. Dairy makes mine worse, and my daily Claritin covers everything but that. Luckily, I can handle the dairy congestion as long as I'm not pregnant. I am SO loving ice cream and cheese since our son was born.
