HBO movie about "Temple Grandin," an Autistic woman

Autism Speaks has partnered with HBO to make a movie about a woman with Autism, her name is Temple Grandin. The movie premieres on HBO on Feb. 6th.

  1. This was a brilliant film. It takes a child whose mother was told she would never talk and should be institutionalize and watches this child grow to get her Ph.D. and change the way cattle production is handled in the US. It demonstrates that IQ can be measured in many ways and that some people think in very different ways than others.

    An extraordinary performance by Claire Danes is almost surely Emmy-winning material.
